Maritime Museum in Kingston, NY

Our next stop was in Kingston, NY.  There were a few marinas to choose from but we chose Maritime Museum. It had good reviews, showers, a free entry to the museum and the price was right. It turned out to be a good choice!

Kingston was a cute town. We ended up staying two nights. The museum was nice - lots on displays!  There was also a nice trail to walk which was right along the river and next to an old railroad bed - no traffic and great place for Traxx.  

We found an excellent pastry/breakfast stop - Half Moon Roundout Cafe.  We loved their coffee (we usually have instant coffee) and their breakfast sandwiches and spinach-feta croissants were delicious! 

We both had hair cuts here too - much needed for both of us!
